Shyness

Shyness (social anxiety and social phobia) can inhibit a person to such an extent that it will ruin your life, your career, your friendships and your relationships.

There are many components to shyness. There is how you think and feel, how you react to situations, how you think and feel about yourself, how to cope with social situations, gatherings, what to say, to do, how to act. How to cope with what others  think of you.

Shyness also comes in many degrees, from feeling uncomfortable to an extreme crippling feeling of not being able to function at all.

Although there are many components to shyness, overcoming shyness is not as difficult as many people think. Releasing the cause of shyness and changing automatic thought patterns will rapidly enable you to feel at ease with yourself in situations that would have been impossible to you. In addition learning basic social and conversational patterns will build the confidence you need. You will find that self confidence, self esteem and assertiveness naturally develop in your life as a result of this.

There is no need to allow shyness to rule your life . Click here to Email us at Andrew@NLPTherapy.net for private personal consultations.
